• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am. If you require any flexibility, please let us know in advance.

• Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask guests to keep noise levels low between 10:30pm and 6:30am

•  Pets on Request: We welcome pets on request. Please contact us in advance to arrange accommodations for your furry friends. Thank you for your understanding.​

​

• Air-Conditioning & Energy Use: Please turn off air-conditioning and lights when leaving the room to help conserve energy.

​

• Pool Rules: For safety reasons, diving is not permitted in the pool. Please also be mindful of pool hours and follow posted guidelines.

​

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

• Kitchen & Dining Areas: If you use shared kitchen facilities, please clean up after yourself to keep the space welcoming for all.

​

• Visitors: If you plan to have visitors, kindly inform us in advance, and please note that overnight stays for unregistered guests are not allowed.
